FAQ
-
Is a deposit required to book?
Yes, we require a 25% deposit to secure your booking. The remaining balance will be due at the time of drop-off.
-
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand plans can change. Please notify us of cancellations at least 48 hours in advance to avoid charges. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee. This helps us manage bookings and continue providing attentive care for all our guests.
-
How much does a night's boarding cost?
Our standard boarding rate is £22 per dog. We also offer a discount for multiple dogs from the same household. Please get in touch with us if you’d like to find out more.
-
What is the 'meet and greet' and why is it encouraged?
The meet and greet is a chance for you and your dog to visit us at no extra cost before their stay. We warmly welcome all new dogs to ensure they’re comfortable and friendly with other dogs. For everyone’s safety, we are unable to board dogs with a history of complex behavioural challenges. Our boarding form covers interactions with children, and we take care to keep dogs and visiting children separate when needed.
-
What should I bring for my dog's stay?
Here’s a handy checklist for your dog’s visit! Pack their favourite bed or blanket to keep them cosy, a handful of well-loved toys for comfort and play, plus their usual food to keep tummies happy and avoid any upset. Don’t forget a collar with ID tags and any medications if needed. Of course, a little adventurous spirit is all they need - we’ll take care of the rest!
-
What are your vaccination requirements?
For the health and safety of all our furry guests, all dogs must have up-to-date vaccinations, including the kennel cough vaccine. Please get in touch with us if you’d like more information.
-
What happens in a medical emergency?
If there’s ever an emergency, we’ll do our best to contact you and your emergency contact straight away. If we can’t reach you, we’ll take your dog to your chosen vet or the nearest clinic to ensure they get the care they need. Please note, vet fees will be your responsibility.
-
How do I get started with a booking?
The first step is simply to complete our online booking request. After we receive your details, we’ll get in touch to arrange a relaxed, no-obligation meet and greet with you and your dog. This way, you can get to know us and feel confident that your pet will be in safe hands.
-
Do you accept dogs who are not neutered or spayed?
We’re happy to welcome dogs who are not neutered, provided they are well-behaved. To ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all our furry guests, we kindly ask that female dogs who are in season, or expected to be during their stay, are not booked with us. Thank you for your understanding.
